In case you need some clarity, the trd off road has two traction aids in the back If you use the locker, you have physically locked the wheels together, via the differential, that has a electrically actuated locking ring inside it At other times, when the diff is “open” the ecu will sense a wheel spinning/slipping and apply the brake to that wheel, which transfers the power to the wheel. It should give similar performance to the truetrac on the street, but will encounter wear on the clutch discs over time
