House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 8 Leaks, HBO ‘Aggressively
I just bought this stove, without a cat, this year as i moved into a new house, and replaced the old stove. This was a surprise to me We are looking at buying a house that has a stone fireplace in the living room and a place in the basement to connect a woodstove, the house is 1456 sq ft on one floor and the basement is same sq
Was wondering if placing a woodstove in the basement wood supply.
Anyone watch homestead rescue raneys ranch on discovery channel I was watching it last night and the fathers house had a bit of a chimney fire that got out of hand and they completely lost their cabin on the homestead they have been working on for most of the show for the last few years In direct vent installations, combustion air is drawn into a sealed firebox from outside the house through coaxial intake/ exhaust pipe This eliminates depressurization, resulting in a warmer, healthier home environment.
Hi all, i'm new to the forum, but i have heated with wood since i was little We now have a house that doesn't have a chimney, and we bought an englander (2200 sq ft model) wood stove from home depot I have a free source of wood if i just split it, as well as probably a years worth of old. Want to install the chimney through the center of the house to avoid about 15' feet of pipe sticking out of one of the corners
The chimney will thus have to run through a second story bedroom.
78 yo house, 2 ft thick uninsulated masonry walls, full daylight basement with walkin on north side (bummer), massive concrete foundation with basement stairs, laundry room floor, and two porches all poured along with the foundation The front of the house faces south, but the south. After some doing some research, i have found that you can do a horzontal side vent and then up 5 feet for a pellet stove I was thinking about installing a second wood stove on an exterior wall of the house and venting it horizontally thru the wall and then up 90 degrees 5 feet for a wood.
I needed to replace the crumbling humidifier pad on the aprilaire unit bolted to our new ng furnace I noticed the water line for the humidifier taps a hot water and not a cold line
